Do you know if the IO Pen will work with Livescribe paper? It is getting hard to find the notebooks for the IO pen and I’m hoping there is another option.

  2. Rob says:

Vila – I have a bunch of IO2 notebooks 8.5×11 tablets if you are interested. I was going to sell on ebay.

  3. Vila says:

I’ll keep a watch on ebay. I have a tablet, but I think I prefer the spiral notebooks.

    Thanks!

    Vila

I’m about to by one, one the fence between the livescribe and the io2. I like the functionality of the io2 better for what I want to do (keep better track of meeting notes and make appointments using OneNote) but am worried about buying the io2 now that it is owned by Destiny. Destiny software ain’t cheap, but Amazon is stilling selling the logitech version. Do you think it’s still a safe buy?

  5. Adriel says:

I really like the io2. Been using it for over 3 years now. I bought a bunch of extra notebooks and ink cartridges when I first got it and now I’m running out.

Do you know if Livescribe ink cartridges work with io2 pen?

  6. Joe says:

Anyone know what the IrisNotes is like in comparison to the LifeScribe or IO2

  7. David says:

@Adriel. The ink carts are standard and can be found in most large stationery stores :)

  8. David says:

Oh, and for anyone looking for IO2 pads, Destiny has them – they took over the rights to the IO2 from Logitech when Logitech pulled out of the market.
    Pads are here:

You may also find some original IO pads at Dell

  9. David says:

… Oh, and if anyone’s interested, I have a bunch of new IO2 pens for sale in the UK… :)
