What do you think ? Will you pre-order one ? Or still need more comparison. I think the big difference between new Graphite Kindle WiFi model @ 139 USD and old white Kindle 2 Global wireless model is 3G.

If you are planing to bring Kindle with you all along and you are a traveller, always goes out of WiFi hot spot service area ;]) maybe 3G is still a big deal for you. old white Kindle 3G global wireless perhaps ? Because instead of online book buying from Amazon, you can surf the internet via your Kindle 2 global wireless any place any time.

But If you are not so out-of-towner, always stays in urban area with full of WiFi access point. How about Graphite Kindle WiFi ? It’s cheap (really it’s very cheap perhaps cheapest ebook reader in the market right now), better reading screen, sleek, slimmer, light weight, and you still can surfing the net by built in WiFi. So what do you think ? Should you pre-order Graphite Kindle now ?

Is wifi access using kindle ‘free’, ever? True wifi, and whatever wifi available in Thailand isn’t always free, with kindle am I able to access them free of charge?
One more thing about ebook from amazon. Is it cheaper getting it from kindle, is it free by any chance?
If I download free ebook from sources other than amazon, will it work with kindle?
I feel like the same book cost less in Thailand than it does overseas. With kindle ebooks, the price are the same wherever, right? So we’re not getting the kind of privilege we get with real books, are we?
Dear Junitra,
With the Kindle WiFI you have to find free accessible wifi hot spot to use them for free ;]). Consider Kindle 3 WiFi as home use ebook reader (it’s what Amazon intend to be for Kindle WiFi. If you want to use it to access internet from almost everyplace, I think Kindle 3 3G is the much better choice – but you have to pay more.
For ebook, there are some free books you can download for free most of them are classic books such as Alice in wonderland, pride and prejudice …
and if you wanna read ebook from another source via KIndle, you can add to Kindle in PDF file format.
