What the next generation of Kindle : Kindle 4 will look like?

It should be about the right time to ask if you want to own an eReader. Kindle 3 has been in the eReader market for about a year. I suppose the next generation should be come out soon. Since you have seen Nook Colour eReader, you may wonder what Amazon Kindle 4 was up to and should you wait for it?

iPad is a big competitor in colour ereader and will be still for a while. So there is a lightly chance next Kindle will be in colour. Plus, a lot of people are using Kindle app on iPad or iPhone. I believe that Kindle in colour won’t be a new feature on next Kindle which is expecting to release this year.

E-ink screen is a major advantage that gets people to buy Kindle. And with affordable price and improved performance, Kindle 3 becomes a top-rated-ereader. What could Amazon develop more for the next Kindle? It could be improve performance slightly, shave a little weight off, and maybe increase the built-in memory allowing more memory capacities, like Sony eReader of Nook.

Next thing we might expect to see is touch screen interface, like Sony’s new Readers, the PRS-350 Pocket Edition and PRS-650 Touch Edition. Amazon can enlarge the screen and cut off its keyboard. An Empty Room with Your Items : A list of a Few Items in Your New Room.

If you have a new vacant room for entertaining or as living space, what sort of items would you put them in there? Good thing about empty room is nothing in there, nothing. So what and how would you start with?

Imagine your room with white painted, on the left hand side, a small long side table sits against the wall. It is daily use because we do have to read the world and experience it literally. iPad is the second chosen one. The difference between iPad and Kindle is  that iPad is in color. This iPad then could replace magazines and it will be used for social network connecting. Kindle 3 one will be used for reading books and PDFs only.

On the middle wall, it will be hung with 3D LED TV Panasonic VIERA TC-P50GT25 (50 inch), The more the bigger HDTV Screen is, the better entertaining. To make I feel I live in a big and modern room, it is important,for the architecturally point of view, that HDTV needs to float from the floor.  Up to this point, I think this room is getting better.

Planing to not having many items or gadgets in the room, what should they be more on the  right side of the room? Hmm……. a small pantry might be great. Since I plan to watch a lot of Blu-ray movies and TV American series, placing a small lavish counter on the right can served the needs. On the top of the counter, it will be placed with K-Cups Keurig Coffee Brewer and Keurig Carousal stand. Anytime I want hot or ice coffee, and juice, I can have them straight away. Adding some stacks would also be nice.

It is time to have a big of sofa in the middle of the room and a coffee table to place a cup of coffee. In my imaginary, I do not know  what coffee table going to look like but it would be nice if I could could bring some natural atmosphere  to the room which is full of gadgets. Maybe, I could have an aquarium fish task as a coffee table. Good idea!! at least I could rest my eyes and feed those gold fish.

That all could be enough for a perfect entertaining room filled in with splendid gadgets and enjoyable items.

Since a past few months Kindle 3 3G and Wifi have increased in a number of sale. It has all for office-home commuters, and travelers since  its small and compact size, including the weight. However for Kindle DX, there are some arguments about the size which is big (it may be perfect size for someone who are not travelers and commuters, or just like to stay at home and use Kindle DX as a “library”). Although Kindle DX is at high price, it can compensate with its merits, which are;

1. Good for PDF. You can tell pretty quickly when using PDF, the move-around controlling square, and zoom out-in for the font of the texts but the downside is that it can not be adjusted the type size as it can be with native Kindle document. It is better for academic study guide.  Compared to Kindle 3, it is much harder to use with PDF text, except you convert it to .PDF file.
2. Large Size: It means large screen. You get far more text per page. This makes the whole experiences more book-like.
3. More Storage: It gives you to store more books although Kindle DX lacks of an external Storage. Up to 3500 books you can enjoy, which is enough for a year.
4. Kindle controlling button,  there is one-handed handling with the button layout making a bit difficult to control. I agree with this point, on the other hand, you won’t accidentally press the buttons and can hold the side which does not have the buttons. Unlike Kindle 3, the buttons are on the both side.

Overall, I can say that Kindle DX is a great eReader device for being like a book because of its text side and pharagra adjustable lines. The size is large enough for reading PFD files and screen is wide like a book.

I believe that Kindle eReader is finest device as I myself have been using mostly every day. Apart from basic features and colours which we all have seen, what other issues make these 3 siblings different that will you to decide what Kindle is for you. 1. Kindle Dx does not have WiFi, only have 3G wireless.

2. The price are 2 times more than Kindle 3 WiFi + 3G.

3. Battery life is shorter than Kindle 3 both WiFi and 3G. When battery of wireless off is last only 2-3 weeks and when it is on , it lasts 7 days. For Kindle 3 3G, battery off is last for a month but when it is on, it is for 3 weeks (Kindle 3 WiFi) and for 10 days (Kindle 3 3G).

4. More heavy because it is bigger. It weights 2 times more. Kindle 3 weighs 10.2 ounces less.

5. Kindle 3 has advanced PDF features ; adding highlight, Look-up words in the dictionary, adding note, and adjusting contrast on the texts.

6. Supporting other languages, Cyrillic, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean characters, and latin and Greek scripts for particular files.

7. Kindle DX has only Page turn buttons on one side (right) while Kindle 3 has both side which makes easier to use.

Differences Opinions : Some say having new nav controller on Kindle 3 is better than 5-way nav wheel on the DX. And the Keyboard on Kindle 3 is much easier to use (just some preferences. It is all up to you.)

Where Kindle 3 WiFi+3G lose to Kindle DX

1. Good for Comic books. The text in the bubble will be large enough to read like a normal size of comic paper books or magazines

2. Screen resolution (in Pixels). They all are with 16 gray Shades but Kindle DX is 825×1200. Kindle 3G and WiFi is 600×800.

3. Bigger in body size with 9.7″  and Kindle DX is 3.7″ larger screen size although  the capability of  carrying  3,500 book 4GB is the same to all Kindle.

4. With larger screen of Kindle Dx, it is better for PDF viewing and larger font sizes.

5.  Auto-rotated screen while Kindle 3 WiFi+3G is manual.
